PLEASE READ - About Apoc

Apoc is a relatively small Endgame LS on Leviathan server of FFXI. We are currently doing Sky/Sea/Limbus/Znm's/Scnm's/KS99's Wyrm and Ground King HNMs. We will expand as we grow and do more things such as BV2 and WoTG NMs, etc... when the desired capacity of the shell has been fulfilled. We plan to sit at a MAXIMUM of 30 players so that we will have enough online throughout all times of the day because obviously not everyone will always be on at the same time. Also because we rely heavily on skill as opposed to having an enormous member base.

Conditions for New Applicants:

-Must have a mage job: BLM WHM RDM SCH BRD SMN, you can have other jobs, but must have 1 of these at least to be considered. The reason for this is because the majority of Endgame is dealt with Manaburn style.

-ALL jobs must have appropriate gear and subjobs lvld. Keeping a buffer for all jobs is also mandatory, not playing a job for an event because it is Delvled will not be tolerated.

-Must be able to play the job you are asked to play w/o complaining

-A high amount of play time is required per day/week. ALL members must attend at least 75% of weekly events. Our 'scheduled' play times are from 5pm PST till when we finish, usually around 9pm PST, but can be later. If you cannot make this time frame, this is not the shell for you. HNMs will also be camped prior to 5pm PST, so if you are online at that given time, be ready for them if they pop or window opens.

for Ground Kings and other HNMs, since we do not control when their windows are, they will get our full attention when their windows match our play times. Even if they are outside of our 'usual' time frame, but we have enough online and if we have the correct ToD, members will be required to be there, no questions asked and no exceptions. For Behemoth and Adamantoise specifically, only on Day3+ will they be mandatory because their NQ versions are easily duo'd/trio'd.

-PLEASE have common sense and able to think for yourself. I say this because we do not babysit anyone. You MUST know your job and be good at it. for example: if you are WHM and someone gets debuffs on them, you need to quickly act and remove them without the person having to ask you. This goes for all jobs. You also MUST have knowledge of endgame and where everything is. If you forget from time to time, it's no biggie, but if we're constantly having to direct you every step of the way, you will be kicked. There are plenty of websites to look up information, you need to utilize these resources a lot for effective gameplay, so please do so. Strategies will be given by 1 person for every event before we start. ALSO BE PUNCTUAL! We will not wait on latecomers.

-Sky, Sea and ToAu 17+ required.

-ALL ToAu staging points and WotG Maw access and Tele crystals.

-At least 15k buffer on all jobs

-Must be kind and respectful to everyone in the Linkshell. Although drama happens because it's a part of life, we ask that you take any problems you have to /tell with a leader to get it resolved. Must not be lazy, we encourage all members to take initiative on things to keep good energy in the LS at all times. If you see a NM window is open but none of our guys are there to grab tod, don't wait for someone to do it and just do it. Also our LS age range is 20+ so please have a sense of maturity about you. You can play around, but there is a time and place for everything ^^

How does Distribution/Lotting work?

The Leader and Sackholder will discuss and decide the drops. We base our decisions on who would greatly benefit from said item and who has the greatest Attendance. Job priority will take place on certain items like Dring to PLDs etc... Simply having a job 75 will not merit an item yield. For example: if you have PLD 75, but you never play PLD for events, you will not be considered for a Dring until the Main PLDs have received. (the ones who PLD all the time). We keep it fair and spread the loot. Most of our current members will pass an item they need to someone else because either they deserve it or they haven't gotten anything in awhile. No one person will ever get back to back loot unless absolutely nobody else needed that item. We have had no complaints thus far =)

Be absolutely sure you are ready to make the endgame commitment before applying. You must have a wicked desire to play this game and fulfill all the above requirements. To most of us, this game isn't just a past time, but a hobbie. We are looking for passionate gamers

What happens once I submit my App?

the App will be reviewed and discussed by leadership, then if you have been approved, we will contact you in game. If you are not contacted by leadership within a week of posting, consider your application denied. If you are approved, you will be on a 1 week trial period where we will observe you and how you fit with our group. If you are still in shell after a week, consider yourself apart of the family and we are glad to have you ^^
